All Comfort Zone Boutique orders are mailed by registered mail. 

Shipping within Israel – 35 NIS.

Overseas shipping – 15 USD.

Items can be exchanged by shipping back to us on the customer’s account with registered mail and tracking

Item cannot be exchanged after 14 days from the date of arrival

Used products will not be replaced or returned

Products without their label cannot be replaced or returned

Products returned can be exchanged or refunded but return shipment must be paid
